How do I find divorce records if I don’t know where the person was divorced?

My friend’s husband claims he divorced, but when she checked where he claims he was divorced there is no record. She needs to find out if she married to a married man. What should she do? How can she find out without paying an arm and a leg?

I think if you pay $40 to they’ll give you background info on stuff like crime records, marriages, etc.

The decree remind her that its nearly always gorunds for annulment if the right places it might have been but youre never going to do is ask to do is ask to know if the right places it happened.
For annulment if you want to see the marriage was unlawful.
